Friendly, efficient, and straightforward Javier Cuellar and Myron Boyd of Carbiz got me into a terrific pre-owned car and out the door in just a few hours. That time included the test drive, my inspection of the vehicle, our negotiations over trade-in value and financing rate, and all the necessary paperwork. It even included a minor repair that Javier had the body shop complete while we negotiated (before I had even agreed to buy the car). Part of Carbiz's efficiency comes from having so much info about each car (including a CarFax report) posted on their website. Because of that, Javier was able to answer most of my questions over the phone before I even went to the dealership. He also had the car prepped and parked right next to the front door when I arrived. Myron ran me through the paperwork at incredible speed (which I appreciated), and he was always happy to stop and answer my questions with great care. The Carbiz team is friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. More
