Our first contact was Javier. he was friendly and very patient with us from the start. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to make any decisions. The next day, Javier was unavailable and we were directed to Raymond. Again, we experienced a friendly, patient person who answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to make any decisions. Lastly, we met Brian and Myron and both made you feel that they appreciated your business. Overall, a very pleasant, unpressured, friendly car buying experience. More

There were a few dings in the paint and they were fixed expertly before we took ownership, The one thing I think they could have done better was to detail the car at the time it hit the lot instead of after we bought it. Incredible Service I was in need of a new vehicle unexpectedly, my search led me to Carbiz. I was aware of the company before but have never visited the dealership. It I was in need of a new vehicle unexpectedly, my search led me to Carbiz. I was aware of the company before but have never visited the dealership. It was by far the most professional and courteous dealership that I have had the pleasure of visiting. I saw a Volkswagen Jetta online, made an appointment to check out the vehicle, liked the vehicle and liked the numbers. Wasn't able to take the vehicle the first night but they even offered a loaner car until it was ready. I worked with Katie initially, she was very friendly and had a customer first type attitude. Also had the pleasure to work with Myron in finance, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything on the back end. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my next vehicle and I will be sure to refer any I know to Carbiz. More

" BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER" I was out searching for a car for my 18 year old son this weekend. I started my search in the Baltimore County, Catonsville area. I decided to go to Carbiz on reisterstown Rd. because my older son and his wife had purchased cars here. This is the car dealership that I should have come to first. When we pulled up on the lot and started walking around looking at cars, we were approached by Javier. Javier made us feel comfortable, he was very courteous and understanding. He made sure my son, a new driver, was placed in a vehicle that he was comfortable with. The process of purchasing the car was fast and he took the time to explain everything about the car and it's warranty. This was a great experience for us both. I have purchased several cars in the past and will always be willing to refer friends and family to Carbiz. We are very satisfied with our purchase and Javier's customers service.
