I'm a first time buyer and the process was beginning to be long and drawn out trying to find a dealership that would work with my to purchase the car that I wanted. I went with the intention of just looking at a car on my list that I knew i wouldn't want because I was dead-set on a BMW 7 series. I was looking for a used car for getting to my new job after getting out of the Army. I found my car online and was impressed by the great photos of the car before I even got there. When I arrived at the dealership, Javier was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. He gave me the opportunity to test drive the car and then we sat down with to talk about the price and financing. He showed me the NADA price of the car and the CarFax. All were in great order. I was able to purchase the car the same day. The car needed the alignment worked on a LITTLE bit and they said I could leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day. All in all the experience was great. Next time I need to buy a car, I will be back. More
