His emails where very friendly and warm and made me feel that I could really trust him because he wasnt just about getting a car off the lot but making sure it was something I wanted and could afford. When my car died about 4.5 weeks ago I contacted Mr. Boyd again and he was ready and happy to help me get into a new car. I came in we sat down talked about everything I wanted and needed and a budget and price range I also explained to him I had very little credit and what I did have was not very good He express to me that he would do everything he could to put me back behind the wheel. The only reason I didnt leave with a car that day was because the HR departmet at my jobs were closed for the weekend.At this time I went on vacation but Mr Boyd told me he"d be ready to hear from me as soon as I returned. After my vacation I returned to Carbiz at which time Mr. Boyd was attending to mutilply customers at the same time so he introduced me to Mr Pollok who also very friendly and eger to help me in my quest for a new car once all my paper work came back Mr Pollock called me in to look at cars, he had already looked through and pulled out what he thought would be a good match for me and he was 100% right I didnt need a test ride or nothing it was beautiful had low miles great on gas and great monthly payments It was a pleasure to work with both Mr Boyd and Mr Pollock and will recommend everyone I know in the market for a car that I know to go she them More

My wife & I were in the market for vehicles... long story short, someone hit both vehicles in front of our house and totalled them. I still needed to get something and finally took another look at Carbiz, since it is less that a ten minute drive from our house. I saw an 06 Jeep Liberty Sport, 6-speed manual (gotta love stick shifts)! I called to find out if the vehicle was still on the lot and told them I wanted to test drive it that evening. When I got to the dealership, the truck was running and warmed up, waiting for me to jump in. i had already been pre-approved for financing, so the process was really smooth. i knew what i wanted to spend, and the jeep was actually a little higher than anticipated. Needless to say, Carbiz worked to meet me at the price I wanted the vehicle for, and the deal was done. Fred and Brian really took care of me to get the deal right. i can say that if I need another used vehicle, i will definitely consider Carbiz again. More

We located the Jeep Wrangler we wanted online and found not only the vehicle we were excited about but the price was 10% lower than comparable vehicles. We traveled close to 300 miles, one way, to test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle. We rented a car to travel to Baltimore and when we arrived Kelvin met us in the parking lot and immediately took us to see what would eventually be our new Jeep. The jeep was clean and ready for a test drive, we decided to purchase it at that time. Financing was provided through the dealership and was the best rate we found. After the paperwork was completed Kelvin offered to return our rental unit to the nearest rental office which was over half an hour away. The overall experience was virtually stress-free, no last minute add-ons, no surprises, just pure professionalism. I would highly recommend to anyone, looking for a quality used car, to shop at CarBiz. More

I LOVE the commercial of Evan with Ray Rice! The process was that quick and simple with the help of Dani Miller and her amazing team. The only brown spot on the banana was the sales manager Brian after meeting me for the first time had issues pronouncing my first name. Even with a helpful hint, "It's like Sara but with an L" he still couldn't quite grasp it and continued to ask me, "Are you sure?" Um, I think I know MY name - you're the one having trouble with it. Brian aside - we are proud new owners of a 2009 Toyota Yaris. Dani is by far the "ray of sunshine" in my experience. She is very professional and truely went out of her way to make our dream car a reality! Carbiz is a family owned and operated business where in the land of Carmax's, it's refreshing to work with a company that has that personal touch. Im impressed by that because a lot of dealerships treat you like once they make the money off of you, they couldn't care less about whatever issues you may still have. Also after comparing prices with other dealerships, I feel like I got a very good deal on my new car and in this day and time that is most important to majority of consumers.
