I found the car on Auto Trader so I called to make sure the car was still available. I was traveling from Woodbridge Virginia to Baltimore where Carbiz is located, so I had to make sure the car was there a the car was still available. The sticker price of the car (based on the year, make, model, and miles) was already lower than I had found in other places, but the folks at Carbiz still gave me an even better price than the sticker price. I found that the Carbiz website was very user friendly, and we were able to select 3 vehicles before going to the dealership in person. When I called I spoke with the salesman, Harviere, who was very polite and very helpful. He asked me a few questions about what we were looking for, and he located 2 of the cars that we were interested in. When we went to the dealership the next day, and we met Harviere in person, he was so very friendly and polite and helpful. He worked with my friend and when he left the dealership he had purchased a very nice truck that he is totally happy with. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from Carbiz and I would also, definitely recommend Carbiz as a dealership to purchase a high quality, previously owned vehicle. More
