The one thing that impressed me most was during our drive I was talking about my older car and the extended warranty. From the very start when I contacted their represent Buying a car from Carbiz in Baltimore was undoubtedly the best sales experience I have ever had. From the very start when I contacted their representative, Sarah Herr, early one morning last week to inquire about an advertised vehicle until tonight when the vehicle I had selected was delivered to my home after some promised minor issues had been addressed by their service department, I have been absolutely impressed with their professionalism, honesty and commitment to deliver to the car buying public a superior product.I have owned probably close to 50 different cars in my lifetime, and I have to say that this was the most delightful experience that I have ever had in purchasing one. In good part it was due to Ms. Herr's very personal approach in the sale. She again was highly professional but never aggressive in conducting the sale. I really felt that she had my self interests in mind and wanted to provide me with the very best possible product for my needs and finances. All my minor demands regarding small issues with the vehicle were met and when they had been addressed it was delivered to my home after working hours by Ms. Herr herself. I found this to be a very impressive and greatly appreciated personalized service. When it came to financing the vehicle, the representative in their finance department was able to obtain an interest rate that was literally half of what my credit union was offering. While I was only interested in a certain make and model, I did have the opportunity to view many of the other 300 or so vehicles they were offering on the lot. They all appeared to be very clean and late model, probably with low or moderate mileage. It is also worth mentioning that all of Carbiz's vehicles come with a 12 month / 14,500 warranty on the drive train. This certainly indicates the confidence they have in their product and certainly should relieve the mind of a purchaser. I would recommend this business without any hesitation whatsoever for anyone who is in the market for a late model clean vehicle. More

From my 2nd car to the one prior to this purchase, I have been purchasing new cars every 3-4 years for the last 25 years, and by far the used car purchase I just made from Carbiz with Fred was the easiest, m been purchasing new cars every 3-4 years for the last 25 years, and by far the used car purchase I just made from Carbiz with Fred was the easiest, most simple, stress-less ever! My brother told me about this place, as he has made several purchases himself. He referred me to Fred, I contacted Fred via telephone, and from that moment to this (picking up my car) he has been nothing but professional, extremely polite and hilariously funny (which only made the entire process that much more pleasant). I went online; saw the car I wanted almost immediately. I arrived to dealer, left that night because I just wanted to pray and think about my purchase before I sealed the deal. I wasn't even home before I made up my mind that I wanted to finalize the purchase. I contacted Fred and informed him that I would be in 1st thing in the morning to purchase my car. Words can't describe how happy I am with my new (used) car. I am officially the proud owner of my 7th, yes 7th Toyota Camry - what can I say - I love Camry's. Except this one has all the bells and whistles that I've never had. And boy, oh boy, is it nice!!! Must I not forget, how prepared they were. My goodness, the paperwork was all done. I just had to review and sign, because I NEVER sign my name without reading.... Thank you so very much Fred, for your positive spirit and expertise in making my experience purchasing my new (used ) car the best I have ever had. I certainly recommend Carbiz of Baltimore, MD, and I whole-heartily recommend Fred Alston as a salesperson. I never plan to purchase a brand new car again, and I fully expect to purchase my next car from Carbiz (I surely hope Fred will still be there). I have owned this truck for 3 months and the catalytic converters have gone bad and top it off it is not covered under the warranty I purchased as well as the manufacturer.
