I was very close to purchasing my car from another dealership. I stopped by Carbiz on a whim. Walking through the door I could see that this would be a unique car buying experience. I called in to get an appointment to see a Nissan Murano that I saw on the Carbiz website. The person that answered the phone was very professional and passed the call to a salesman without having me woit o that I saw on the Carbiz website. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Martin set up an appointment with me for that same afternoon. When I got to the dealership, Martin was helping another customer so he offered us something to drink while we waited. When he realized that he would be longer than expected, he sent in another salesman to take care of us. This salesman was Russ, he was very attentive and knowledgable. Russ took us on a test drive of the vehicle that we were interested in and showed us all of the bells and whistles of the vehicle. I test drove the SUV on Saturday, December, 10th and on Monday, Russ answering more questions that I forgot to ask on Saturday. On Tuesday, December 14th, I became the proud new owner of that beautiful Nissan Murano. I really loved the fact that I did not have to spend countless hours in this place trying to make a deal. When I am ready to get my next vehicle, I just hope that next salesperson that I get will be as professional as Russ. More

Honest and very fair with their pricing. I was disappointed with the fact that as soon as I purchased my vehicle, I realized all the issues that needed to b addressed. Sara made sure once the new service center had availability, I would be t purchased my vehicle, I realized all the issues that needed to b addressed.
