1st time Purchasing from Carbiz I went to Mercedes-Benz to look at a used Mercedes-Benz. They did not have what I wanted. I went online and found the used car that I wanted with low mileage. I drove to Carbiz and met Brian Schriver in the lot while looking at cars. I explained my situation (already had financing); but I wanted a Polar White, C300, AWD (4Matic) Mercedes-Benz with low mileage. Brian got the key and I looked inside (I did not want to test drive it..he asked) then he told me, "Fred Alston" will be working with you. I met Fred and he explained what to do and I returned the following day to purchase the car. Fred worked well with the ESFCU credit union to provide the documents they needed and the final closing process with Myron Boyd was clear, concise, and efficient. I purchased my 1st used car on 5/2/16; but I did not love the car. Carbiz took the car and I did not have any rollover added to my new car account. Words cannot express how I felt about my experience with Carbiz. I normally do not write reviews; but Carbiz deserves to be considered when buying a used car. ;-) More

Their company has grown, and become better and better every year...with more vehicle inventory, more buildings, etc. The emoloyees say they are treated like family, proving to me that the company is a good, honest company that I feel comfortable doing business with. Their website is accurate, and prices are fair. This time around, I didn't even shop anywhere else in person...I did some research online, went in and drove the car I wanted, settled on a fair price and left with my new Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited that same day!
