Really good people I had been considering buying a pre-owned car because my car was on it's last legs (pronounced wheels) but I wasn't quite ready to make that commitmen I had been considering buying a pre-owned car because my car was on it's last legs (pronounced wheels) but I wasn't quite ready to make that commitment. My car died on me over the weekend so Monday morning I had to make some difficult choices. I had passed by this dealership for years and I have watched it grow into what it is today. I took a chance and dropped in and was lucky enough to meet Ray Allen. I found him to be very easy to talk to and he listened to all that I had to say. We laughed about a few things that we had in common and he made a few suggestions about cars that they had in stock that might fit my needs. He made the process very easy, much easier than I had expected. He introduced me to a finance representative named Myron Boyd who was just as easy to talk to. We laughed about a few things and I signed a few documents and my new car was a done deal. I found the process to be much easier than I though and the only thing that could have been better would have been that they gave me the car for free!!! I will defiantly recommend them to anyone that will listen to me... More

Total Opposite of My Expectations... First, let me start off by saying on June 16, 2016....I was not in the market to by a car that day, but decided in from my drive from work in DC to ju First, let me start off by saying on June 16, 2016....I was not in the market to by a car that day, but decided in from my drive from work in DC to just schedule an appt for that Saturday....Low and behold i walked in to Carbiz to be greeted by the receptionist. I explained I wanted to schedule an appt for Saturday this weekend because I knew they were getting ready to close and might I say this was almost 7:30 at night and they close at 8pm. The receptionist kindly explained that we still can see you today because we are not closed yet. So, a salesman was summons and I met NIMA. Now unfortunately being the female that I am...I had already researched the car I wanted thoroughly and was ready for any fast talk and convincing that was not needed. I will give it to NIMA he stayed professional and understanding as possible of what little room I gave him to do his job.....None the less...I told him what vehicle and what I wanted to spend. Now granted I had already seen the car I wanted at this location anyway, so it was in my price range. I did leave out the most important part of this review which is...... I was very very very very skeptical as what we know dealers like carbiz to be called a "side dealer". I am used to buying straight from the known named commercial dealerships. NIMA still being professional and cute as all ever...listened (most important) and definitely understood. He made every effort to please me as the customer and went to get the vehicle of choice to look at and test drive...well honey! you couldnt tell me nothing I fell in love with car of my choice with the some explanation from NIMA as to how some features worked in the vehicle....I was ready to throw out my spade, to complete the deal...So while being professional and customer friendly Nima did the paperwork and may I add, at this time it was almost 9 when they closed at 8pm. Staying there further let me know my expectations where being proven incorrect...so they did everything in there power and stayed within my spending limit for the vehicle. I closed the deal and did all the extra paperwork, and was put in a rental for the next two days so they could get my vehicle already for its new momma... at this time it was after 10pm so thank you for all the staff that stayed until the end. I picked the O'girl up Saturday, and was greeted by handsome and smiling as usual NIMA with my keys and ready to go...transferred everything over from my trade and I was on my way to MVA to drop my old tags off and get the windows tinted. Remember earlier in my review I stated I was skeptical about side dealers..... so, to make me feel comfortable that I did not purchase a lemon....I took the vehicle to the actual Acura dealer for a diagnostic and was not hesitant on putting out the extra money to make sure I made a good purchase. Well...I kept hearing all this raving in the service area of the Acura dealership. They called me back and my poor heart was thumping because...I knew they were going to tell me something bad. The noise I heard was all the Acura service people commending me on a good purchase from Carbiz, because the car passed every last diagnostic test they give to brought in vehicles not purchased at the Acura dealer. They commented as well on never having a vehicle be tested without anything being wrong with it, and the price I paid....I was ecstatic and must I say at that point i was able to proudly drive my vehicle with my expectations about Carbiz to rest....because it spoke for itself at the Acura dealer...One big thing I can say is that I would not write my review until I was thoroughly done with everything pertaining to My new baby being taken care of and..... that it has been, including the outstanding customer service...the continuous email communication welcoming and thanking me for my purchase......NIMA continuing to offer any assistance and if I needed anything let him know...down to the service department and individuals working for Carbiz sales/service employees would speak "Hello" just because, making sure I was being assisted, bringing my attention to the coffee and hospitality area...Great Job Carbiz!.......Great Job for giving this finicky girl a different outlook on your excellent business. Thank you again for the personable, polite, customer oriented, friendly, and eye candy NIMA....for making a girl look good on these streets.... More

Absolutely Fantastic Dealership If you're looking for a car and live within two hours of Baltimore, you absolutely must visit this dealership. I came prepared for pressure and haggling (which I admittedly enjoy), but none of that is to be found at Carbiz. They advertise a fair price online for their cars, and that's what you pay when you get there. If you love the car (and you probably will), you buy it. If you don't like it, you can simply walk away. There's not pressure to purchase a "similar" model on the lot, and no problem if you wish to sit on it for a night or two. However, you'll probably want to buy the car sooner, rather than later. They offer competitive pricing and fantastic financing through reputable banks. Even if you plan on coming from out of state, Carbiz handles all the paperwork for you. They even sent me a check to reimburse me for my registration fees once they found out they'd be lower than anticipated. All I had to do was take care of my safety inspection and slap on my plates when they arrived in the mail. I have no reason to ever go to another dealership. I just wish they had a branch down in D.C. I've also used their service center, and they are equally fantastic. Martin and Matthew, thank you for the great work you do! More

I gave them all the info of mine they needed and they told me to hold on for a few minutes. They came back and asked me to follow them outside where they had a car already picked out for me that I could easily afford and was able to get a loan for with no money down. It is an amazing car as well, it was better than any of the ones I was looking at thing about getting. Not to mention they were incredibly nice and talked to me about anything and everything I wanted to. More
