However, once we'd paid for the car, our salesman had made a list of things that needed to be ordered (dvd remote, owners manual, 4 headphones, antenna, etc.) and dealing with the service department has not been easy. We've had the car in twice now (trying to get all these things fixed) and we've had the car for 2 months and we still don't have everything that was ordered. Mainly, because the sales dept. doesn't seem to communicate with the service department. Also, we have not found the service department very responsive, helpful or friendly. We were promised a remote key by Evan Berney (General Manager) on Sept. 21st - it's Nov. 2nd and on our last visit to the service dept. (Oct. 31st) they had still not ordered the remote key and now we have to make another trip to the service dept. to have the remote programmed when it comes in. We were promised 4 headphones and we've asked for them several times - on the last visit they gave us 2 headphones, we're still waiting for another set. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and be sure it is passed to the Service Dept. - we are not overly impressed and probably would not buy another car from them in the future. More

Bitter sweet experience I bought my AUDI A4 two years ago, the day after I purchased the car I realized there was a MASSIVE oil leakage problem, it was a Saturday, they could I bought my AUDI A4 two years ago, the day after I purchased the car I realized there was a MASSIVE oil leakage problem, it was a Saturday, they couldn't get me in until Monday so in order to drive I had to keep an extra quart of oil in the car. When I did get the vehicle in, they discovered that it was an issue with the piston rings that needed to be replaced (I guess their 120 point inspection missed that). This was a well known recall from Audi so Audi did the repairs free of charge. Six months later I was driving on the highway and my car started smoking, I gotten home as quickly as possible contacted Carbiz to get the car in to bet checked while my car was still under warranty and they could not determine the cause of the issue. I go to start my car a few weeks ago and it would not start, when I purchased my car there were only 62k miles on it and the car still is under 100k miles and I've had the car for two years. I had the car towed to Carbiz and was told that I need a new engine and it would be 5K to replace it. I was shocked that a VERY EXPENSIVE car that I bought from Carbiz only 2 years ago would need a BRAND NEW ENGINE. A car that is under 100k miles. I feel like I was sold a car that knowing had lots of issues and now I am stuck with it. Additionally, I was told when I purchased the car two years ago that if I made all of my payments on time i could comeback and get whatever I want... However I was told by Brian in sales yesterday that there was pretty much NOTHING they could do for me. P.S. Collin and Harvey are great guys with excellent customer service and I am sure if they could've done more for me they would have, but I feel like If I cant get a new car, i should at least get some sort of deal of the engine replacement, there's absolutely no reason why anyone who buys an Audi in the "condition" my car was said to be in when i purchased it, would have to be replacing an engine so suddenly. One more thing, the day I purchased my car, i was in the process of buying the SAME exact car but the LEDs from Exclusive Motors, but i was told that I shouldn't trust them because they get cars from the auction and we don't know what could be wrong with their cars. Ironically, look at the situation I am facing now.... More

I was sceptical about a place called CARBIZ They turned out to be a top notch place of business. They offered the car I was looking for at a very good price. Everyone was very helpful and frien They turned out to be a top notch place of business. They offered the car I was looking for at a very good price. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It all had a very cool vibe, and we never felt pressured. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time with a car that, so far, we are very happy with. Absolutely no complaints. More
