Poor Management Poor management and poor quality in their work. Took my car in for service on the alarm system, after 2 1/2 hours the service manager told me he had Poor management and poor quality in their work. Claiming they did not do damage to my vehicle I recently brought my vehicle into Eau Claire Ford to have it looked at. We made an appointment to bring our vehicle in on a Saturday since both my hu I recently brought my vehicle into Eau Claire Ford to have it looked at. We made an appointment to bring our vehicle in on a Saturday since both my husband and I work Monday-Friday. After they look our vehicle back to the service department we were then informed that they would not be working on out vehicle until Monday. My husband and I work in different cities (an hour apart from each other) and had to figure out how we were both going to be able to get to work on Monday since were weren't informed or offered a loaner car. After not finding anything wrong with my vehicle and charging me $90 (even though the issues we were having looked at should have been covered under warranty) we left the dealership unsatisfied. Approximately 10 minutes after leaving the dealership while putting a bag in the back of my vehicle, we noticed a large scratch in the back of our vehicle which someone noticeably tried to buff out. Immediately my husband went back to the dealership and spoke with the service manager. The manager stated that he would have to look back at video tapes to see what happened and would get back to us the next day (this happened on a Monday). We did not receive a phone call. We call Wednesday and were told he did not see anything on the tapes inside the shop but would need to check the tapes outside the shop since they parked out vehicle outside-where the entire side of the building is under construction. We were told we would get a phone call back, and yet again, never received a phone call. We had to call once again and were told nothing was found on the outside tapes, which to me is pretty unbelievable. This is a $30,000 vehicle that this dealership in not taking responsibility for damaging. Due to lack of communication, customer service, and accountability, I will NEVER do business with dealership again and I will ensure anyone I know will know my story. I am in the process of getting a new vehicle and discontinuing my relationship with Ford because of my horrible experience with the dealership!!!!!!!! More
