Then we narrowed our search down on the web and found the exact car at a price much lower than any other dealership....sent in our financing information one day, got approved that day, went in the next day, checked out the car, drove it, signed our documents and we were out the door in about an hour. This was a Great car buying experience, We traveled a long distance to get there and called ahead to see if this vehicle was still available, and they held the vehicle until we got there also had it pull long distance to get there and called ahead to see if this vehicle was still available, and they held the vehicle until we got there also had it pulled up front and ready for our immediate inspection and test drive, there was no sales pressure what so ever, everybody there was very professional. the entire inventory was in doors witch made looking over the cars they had very comfertable, everybody there was friendly to us from the moment we walked in the door and while we were waiting on Financing and the final prep of the car we bought they fed us lunch, they supply food for there employees on Fridays so Friday is a great day to buy a car here .. ;-) ... Oh one other thing they filled it with fuel .. believe it or not that not a given any more ... a dealer was charging a fee for 5 gal of gas and that was part of the sticker price.. More

Although I appreciate their business model and seemingly professional approach, DCB sold me a vehicle that had previously been in an accident without revealing this to me. I believe that they knew its history because I discovered that they were selling the older vehicles, same model and more mileage for higher prices. So they probably purchased this for less than average wholesale and the probably knew why. But they cited a CarFax report to me that incorrectly reported the vehicle as having a clean record. The damage was discovered by the body shop we took it to for inspection. Once pointed out to us, it was clearly evident and hard to believe that any professional buyer or person in DCB's prep department or others could have overlooked the previous damage and rather unprofessional repair. If I believed that DCB made an honest mistake, I would have no problem with the situation, as those things happen. However, this possibility does not seem plausible for the reasons stated above.
