I started my process with an online inquiry for a 2013 GMC XLT at a VA Easterns location (703-949-9508). Alexandra (Alex) returned my email with a call, but we played phone tag and when I missed her the GMC XLT at a VA Easterns location (703-949-9508). Alexandra (Alex) returned my email with a call, but we played phone tag and when I missed her the last time, the nice gentleman who answered decided to help me (sorry I can't remember his name). He referred me over to Vinney and Jesus in the Laurel location because they were closer to me than the location that had the truck. Coley called me to confirm our appointment at the Laurel location and when I arrived, I met Ronnie. It seemed like I was playing "musical sales rep." but what I later learned is that they all worked on my deal. :) I came in that 1st day with the intent of just dropping off the paperwork I was told to bring. Ronnie wanted me to sit down and fill out a lot more paperwork and I got a wee bit feisty with "my menz" because I didn't want to be in a dealership all night on a cold, rainy night. They probably thought: "she's a clown, cute, but a clown none the less!" And I left. Coley called me back in the next night to come get my truck. I don't know the amount of work they performed behind the scenes, but I do know that all of them were professional, curteous and all laughs and smiles with me and I truly was a "playful hot mess" (oh, don't judge me, I was born this way - just pray for me! :) ). I think I received one of the best deals in my total years of car buying experience!!! I received a great interest rate; the price was great compared to Kelly BB and NADA ratings so I did not haggling on the price; I had no long night of "oh, let me go get my manager; let me see if we can do this/that." It truly was a wonderful experience and to look at us and our interactions, you would think I was just popping in on my friends just to say high and pick up a truck for a joy ride. :) This is my first time dealing with Easterns and although I have a few friends who told me about them long ago, I never did because I always thought "your job is your credit" was "fishy." However, after what I experienced, I'll be like my few friends...I'm telling everyone to check out Easterns first or at least compare them during your car shopping experience. Thanks Guys!!!! More

The entire process was explained to us thoroughly and was literally painless. These gentlemen provided superb customer service, even down to keeping my little ones happy and engaged. The vehicle that we were interested in was not at their present location, so they went into their system and made some phone calls. The next day, the vehicle that we were interested in was delivered to their location. We were able to test drive and inspect the vehicle. The next day we informed them that we wanted to purchase the vehicle, and they began to work on the paper work immediately. The process was seamless. It was the most enjoyable time that we have ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Kyle and Lamont for excellent customer service! Mr. & Mrs. Brown More
An offer was accepted over the phone by the dealership. I drove an hour or so to Laurel to look at the car. After jumping through all the hoops, they declined the original offer. I spent approximately 2 days at the dealership before an offer was made. During the first day they went into a meeting for about a hour. After all of that time spent there, I did not feel I got the best of offer was made. During the first day they went into a meeting for about a hour. After all of that time spent there, I did not feel I got the best offer I could've got elsewhere. Overall the experience was bad because there were not good customer service skills and not enough communication before signing the contract. More
