We had a super easy time purchasing a "new to us" 2023 Volkswagen ID.4 and trading in our 2011 Toyota Prius with Elite Auto Brokers. The entire process was stress free and efficient. Our salesperson Yarick answered all of our questions, really explained all the features of the car in great detail, and just generally kept in great communication with us throughout the process. John was transparent about his offer for my trade in and the final purchase agreement was easy to accept because it didn't include any hidden extras. Once we came to an agreement, Liat in the finance department helped get us through the paperwork quickly and without any additional pressure. Throughout the entire purchase process we felt it was easy and we felt well taken care of. We look forward to purchasing from them again in the future!
