At twelve years of age and with a heap of miles, our car was on its last leg. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by Mr. Leon Smith, an employee with a warm smile and a positive attitude. He sat with my husband and they discussed our needs as I entertained our seven year-old daughter. After a short time, I was called over to the desk and was surprised to learn that I was about to sign a few papers and test drive the car of my dreams -- a gently used 2010 Toyota Prius! As a freelance musician, I am always on the highways from gig to gig. This car is just large enough for our family, gets great gas mileage, is smart, efficient, and safe! After a wonderful test-drive, we sealed the deal with Mr. Vinny Vannavong! It has been a week since we made our purchase at Easterns and we couldn't be more satisfied! My experience at eastern motor was great. Chester and Dozie were very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he printed the car facts report and spec sheet without me asking. I’ve been to several dealerships including other Eastern Motor locations. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. He spent a lot of one on one time, checking for updates on the application process, and just having a great friendly conversation my entire visit. The financing staff is great and there wasn’t one staff member I didn’t see with a smile on their face. Needless to say I left with a beautiful fully loaded Nissan Altima 2010 and couldn’t be happier. My husband and I have been in the market for a vehilcle for about 3 months. I was refferred to Jason Barrow baecause he helped a co worker of mine obtain a vehicle and I knew she had very challenging credi for about 3 months. I sat down at his desk and the first thing he said to me was "Im going to help you" I enjoyed working with Jason it was easy! He was very efficient and infomative. I like his direct approach, straight to the point! Needless to say, about 2 hours later we drove away in our new Chrysler Town and Country van. I have "challenged" credit, so after being turned away from a few other dealers, I decided to give Eastern's a try. I went in, not expecting much but hoping for the best. I appreciated the honestly and during the entire process, he explained what was going on. After telling him my credit issues, he evaluated them and told me that he was going to get me into a car today....and he did! We're all going through hard times, and sometimes dealerships will take a look at your credit and not really care about you as a person. Eastern's and Jason are different.
