I came to Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge with very little expectations of being listened to and having my issues looked into. Much to my surprise, I was first introduced to Rafael Castro who was very nice and very understanding. He referred me to one of his sales people Peter Lewis and dealing with Peter was one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealer in many many years. Peter was very knowledgeable and was interested in my concerns and went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed and made my purchase as smooth as could be. Peter is an asset to Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Rafael Castro was also very accommodating. I do not want to miss the Finance Manager that I dealt with. I believe his name was CJ, he too went above and beyond to get me a deal I could afford.
