Spoke with Robert over the phone and discussed what I was looking for and he made it all happen within a few hours. I should also add that I gave him a list of very specific deliverables and a very short ti looking for and he made it all happen within a few hours. Two days later I drove over 80 miles to the dealership and Robert was not only a subject matter expert, he was very friendly and personable. Could not have asked for a better sales experience when purchasing a new 2012 Grand Cherokee Limited. Robert executed the deal with precision from our first phone call to me driving off the lot a very satisfied customer. He is an asset to the team at Eastchester and I will take the drive again to replace other family vehicles and tell friends. More

I obtained a price for a new 2012 RAM 1500 using an online buying service. I was contacted by Mabel. I called Mabel back to discus the quote. As our conversation progressed, Mabel said that She needed online buying service. I was contacted by Mabel. I called Mabel back to discus the quote. As our conversation progressed, Mabel said that She needed to get my quote authorized by a manager and she would call me back within 10 minutes. After 2 hrs of waiting I called Mabel back. I was told that she was on the phone but that she would call me back as soon as she was done. Again no return call. After the last snub I went to a different dealer where I purchased the exact truck I wanted for a great price. It is my opinion that the Eastchester dealership purposely provides low-ball estimates in order to get you into the showroom where they pressure you into buying a more expensive vehicle. STAY FAR AWAY from these sheisters! More
