I was referred to this dealership by a family friend who has been doing business with them for 15 years. My family friend told me they would take care of me and that they did. Cecil was patient, knowledgeab has been doing business with them for 15 years. My family friend told me they would take care of me and that they did. Cecil was patient, knowledgeable and confident while showing me my first new car. Once I picked a car he worked through lunch in order to make sure I was able to complete the car buying process as soon as possible so I could begin to enjoy my new Jeep. Cecil pointed out nice places right across the street for me to pick up lunch. Cecil proved to be very diligent and detailed oriented without cutting corners. I would also like to thank the fiance director who worked to make sure I was able to get a monthly payment that would fit into my budget and discussed different options of managing payments which was very solid advice. So my experience was flawless, with all that went into me getting my new Jeep (trading my old Jeep, picki out the new one, test driving, completing paper work, updating insurance, obtaining registration, gasing up the jeep, cleaning and transferring plates). I was made to feel very comfortable; able to catch the yankee game in the lounge with comfortable seating and was offered free coffee. Plus the bathroom was very clean and they had a children's play area. So In short they seem to have thought of everything when it comes to making sure when you leave you will leave with a car that you love with no fuss or frustration. Again my experience can best be described as enjoyable, friendly and flawless. More

Robert was excellent. He was training Massiel at the time and not only did he help me get into the car I wanted, but he also got me the price I was looking for. The noteable part of that process is that his process did not significantly increase the time that I had to spend there and it seemed that Robert was very thorough in teaching her. I believe that Massiel will become an outstanding salesperson after having been mentored by Robert. Massiel was very helpful as well and helped me to evaluate the 2 models I was looking at through walk-arounds and test drives. I would never do business with this dealership again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. Mr. Sierra made me wait from 11am to 4:30pm to deal with my financing. I saw him at 11am, he told me he wil will I ever recommend anyone to go there. Mr. Sierra made me wait from 11am to 4:30pm to deal with my financing. I saw him at 11am, he told me he will be back in 15 to 20 mins. I saw him again around 4:30pm. He didn't even apologize to me for making me wait so long. That wasn't the bad part. I went back the following week to cancle my carfree care and ding shield (which he lied to me as being free) but he refuse to cancle these optional service, even though the contract clearly says I can cancle these services anytime. I will contact the manager now and if no help is received I will resort to the media and legal actions. I think if this financing representative is not apart of this dealership, it would be a better place because I worked also with Teronie Lamonth and he is very professional.
