Nick Martone took on my purchase upon my first visit and gave me a seamless experience handling all the paperwork that, at least in NY state, is still very much paper-based. Nick and his team went out of their way to alert us to a discrepancy in the window sticker of the first vehicle identified and made an extra and successful effort to find the right vehicle out of another dealer's stock. This was especially difficult since we were nearing the end of the model year and they really made the effort. Nick was especially accommodating to my wife who is less of a "car guy" than I am. What a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership to buyers starting off from the Internet. It is worth mentioning the dealership itself is spacious and being able to stretch your arms without bumping in to someone else makes for a relaxing purchasing experience. More

Martha and Javier were great. They were friendly and put me and my wife at ease. We really didn't know exactly what we wanted, but they guided us to the perfect car. I've been to other dealers, where they try to force a car on you; not here. My experience with Martha and Javier was refreshing. Horrible dealership. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes on the phone to make an appointment. If you did not buy your car there, do not go there! The Service Manage, I believe his name was Mike. Not too sure since he didn't even introduce himself. Once he heard from the advisor that I didn't purchase my 2011 there he didn't care to help. He was rude, obnoxious and arrogant. Terrible dealer, lack of knowledge and common sense. They gave me my car back covered in mud which is ridiculous considering it's an urban environment and there hadn't been rain in days. I have no idea where they test drove the car. They didn't listen to my details about when the problem occurred and inconvenienced me by having my car the entire day and did not put much if any effort into resolving the problem. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More

I was a walk-in customer & Robert walked over asap greeted us & with listening to my needs he immediately walked me over to several vechicles that fit my list of wants ...I was there with my toddler & greeted us & with listening to my needs he immediately walked me over to several vechicles that fit my list of wants ...I was there with my toddler & he understood that & had patience..He also, worked up some numbers on more then one vechicle in a quick fashion to suit my limited time in showroom with child...Robert kindly brought me to the local lot so I can see the 2 vechicles of interest in my possible color choices...I found in leaving the showroom & calling Robert that sameday with my decision - he instantly got the ball rolling - & as i expressed it was too hard to return to showrm with my toddler he kindly replied with I will have the car come to you...& I was so thrilled!!! He seems very driven & understanding to the customers needs!!! Robert has a great approach & Im pleased with him as my salesperson would refer people to him as well as to the showroom!!!!! I just got the journey today & Im Happy sooo far!!! Overall it went smooth & thats why i say 5 !!!!!!!! It was a happy & easy transition as I am a first time Dodge customer!!! Michele Proscia More

I went in to Eastchester Chrysler Jeep on June 25 hoping to trade in my current Jeep using an AutoTrader.com quote since Eastchester is listed as a participating trade-in center. I also called in advance t to trade in my current Jeep using an AutoTrader.com quote since Eastchester is listed as a participating trade-in center. I also called in advance to make sure that the new Jeep Wrangler I hoped to purchase (color/packages/etc...) was in stock so that I would be able to purchase a new car. I was assured they had the car on the lot, and that they acccepted the AutoTrader.com quotes. When I got there I quickly found out that none of this was true. First of all, the individual who works the phones (Durrell) is simply told to say yes to everyone when they ask about available stock. (they just want to get you in the door whether they have the car on the lot or not) As for the AutoTrader.com quote, they apparently completely ignore it, it's just another ruse to get you in the door. I was looking to trade in my 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, which the autotrader quote valued at $6,622. Eastchester offered thousands less and said it was because of the car's mileage. The mileage was on the original quote! They knew that before I came in! They never intended to honor the quote. I got up and walked out the door just as they tried to steer the conversation to a Wrangler they wanted to sell me, of course with a few extra features beyond the ones I had said I was interested in. So to summarize... they lie to you to get you in the door, low ball you on your trade-in which they had previously valued higher, then try to upsell you on your new car. The comedy of this was so ridiculous I felt like I was in a sit-com, though sadly there were no cameras, this is simply how they conduct business here. BTW - the original sales rep I spoke with when I walked in, Cecil Sarpong, seemed like a nice enough guy. He just seemed to watch helplessly from the sidelines as the dealership management team engaged in the unethical behavior. It was sort of funny to listen to him lob clichés like "I see you leaving in a new car today" while the mgmt team tried to rob me. More
