Mike was great! They say that one of the most nerve racking times for a consumer is when they buy a house and second when they buy a car. This is a terrible car dealership. Their customer service is very poor. The price that was advertised online was much higher when I got to the dealership. They didn't have the navigation CD so they mailed me one. It didn't work. I had to purchase one myself. They did give me a refund for the CD. They never registered my car even though I paid them extra money to take care of the title and registration. They claimed that my registration got lost in the mail. I had to go to the DMV myself. They told me that the car dealership never did it. Barry told me that he would mail it to me. He sent it to a completely different address. After repeatedly calling this dealership and dealing with rude receptionists who just hung up on me and acted very unprofessionally, I had to call Fedex myself, and arrange for my registration to be sent to the correct address. All the managers at this dealership are rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing and correcting the situation, they insisted that they mailed the registration to me and if I didn't get it, tough luck. Barry said that he has 1,000 customers per day, so I don't count. The owner, Brian Dennis, automatically attacked me and called me names, telling me that I'm "ridiculous, on medication, and how can I even drive a car?" These people have no respect for their customers. I would never recommend them to anyone because they just want your money, and then they don't follow through and do their job. I still have not received my registration, and am collecting tickets on the car because it is unregistered. Instead of correcting their mistake, they just yelled, hung up the phone and made lame excuses for why they didn't do what they were supposed to do. I am terrified to ever have to deal with these people again. I would never purchase a vehicle from them ever again. More
My husband and I went to look for a new car and we liked the Jeep Liberty. Cecil was very helpful in explaining the packages and finding the car the fit our critera (price, options, etc....). I gave the rating I did because the sales reps said they had the exact car I wanted in stock but they didn't. They did order the car from another dealership I recommanded that had the color I wanted. The car came with a minor scratch and the sunroof area was stained by soda upon delivery. It still has the stain. Last I just got a phone call saying I still owe $66 for the plate transfer by when we agree on the final total and signed we paid everything in full in one shot. If the dealership made a error it's thief fault which needs to be fixed. More

Nick Martone took on my purchase upon my first visit and gave me a seamless experience handling all the paperwork that, at least in NY state, is still very much paper-based. Nick and his team went out of their way to alert us to a discrepancy in the window sticker of the first vehicle identified and made an extra and successful effort to find the right vehicle out of another dealer's stock. This was especially difficult since we were nearing the end of the model year and they really made the effort. Nick was especially accommodating to my wife who is less of a "car guy" than I am. What a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership to buyers starting off from the Internet. It is worth mentioning the dealership itself is spacious and being able to stretch your arms without bumping in to someone else makes for a relaxing purchasing experience. More

Martha and Javier were great. They were friendly and put me and my wife at ease. We really didn't know exactly what we wanted, but they guided us to the perfect car. I've been to other dealers, where they try to force a car on you; not here. My experience with Martha and Javier was refreshing. Horrible dealership. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes on the phone to make an appointment. If you did not buy your car there, do not go there! The Service Manage, I believe his name was Mike. Not too sure since he didn't even introduce himself. Once he heard from the advisor that I didn't purchase my 2011 there he didn't care to help. He was rude, obnoxious and arrogant. Terrible dealer, lack of knowledge and common sense. They gave me my car back covered in mud which is ridiculous considering it's an urban environment and there hadn't been rain in days. I have no idea where they test drove the car. They didn't listen to my details about when the problem occurred and inconvenienced me by having my car the entire day and did not put much if any effort into resolving the problem. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More
