Everyone was friendly and attentive. However,I was very disappointed when the price quote I received from the sales manager changed when I came to pick up my vehicle and sat down with the financial manager disappointed when the price quote I received from the sales manager changed when I came to pick up my vehicle and sat down with the financial manager. Although they tried to accomodate me with a free service for two years,I was still extremely disappointed with the price change and the fact that my initial quote was not honored, with no advance notice. After a bad experience at another dealer (they sold us a vehicle with a bad engine and we had to return the car) we were wary of purchasing another. Until we met Jimmy at Eastchester! His non-nonsense yet vehicle with a bad engine and we had to return the car) we were wary of purchasing another. Until we met Jimmy at Eastchester! His non-nonsense yet friendly personality put us immediately at ease. He helped us make a great deal on a Certified Jeep and was extra patient as we worked with the finance company to close out the old loan and apply the fininacing to this vehicle. He knew we had a bad a taste in our mouths after our previous purchase so he made sure we were taken care of and happy throughout this deal. We can not tell you how much we appreciated dealing with him!!! More
