I first started with this dealership back in July with Robert Larosa. What a great guy funny crazy nice, but didn't get to work out a deal that day. Tammy who is one of the appointment coordinator continued to call me, she was a real trooper never gave up on me. I went back and forth with someone else because Robert was not there and still no deal. Finally I went again with a friend and Tammy came down stair from her office and introduce us to Sundaye. Wow! she was so pleasant and sweet words could not come close to describe it. I finally got to test drive the car that I fell in love with. Sundaye was amazing so giving always offering if we wanted water, soda candy etc. I would recommend Sundaye to all of my friends and family or to whom ever I hear that wants to buy a car, jeep. Sundaye thanks for the respect, been well manner, understanding, listening and most of all getting me as close to what I wanted to spend. Wish you much success in your career. Take Care. More

I came in with a particular car in mind and was given the price I wanted. Cecil went completely above and beyond in assisting me, explaining the process and making all arrangements. The only reason I scored slightly lower on "overall experience" is because I waited for the car a while only to find my insurance wouldn't kick in until the next day. This was not the fault of Cecil or Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge, but the wait was a while. However, the staff even went so far as to give me a ride home after that discovery. You really feel like family with the staff here and I recommend Cecil and the dealership. I will be returning here for service on my Jeep as need arises. More
My wife and I went to Eastchester CJD in the market for a new car as well as trading in our other car, as we started to walk in Robert walked over right away and greeted us with great energy and genuine want new car as well as trading in our other car, as we started to walk in Robert walked over right away and greeted us with great energy and genuine want to help us that day. Robert immediately welcomed us into the dealership and asked us what we were looking for and how could he assist us. The whole experience was great, yes I said it buying a new car was a great experience ans all credit for that goes to Robert. We came in Friday, with a deal from another dealership and they beat the price hands down! On a Thursday evening I spotted a used car on Cars.com at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge that was perfect for my needs. The car was also listed on the Dealership’s website. Since I live in NJ and was going Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge that was perfect for my needs. The car was also listed on the Dealership’s website. Since I live in NJ and was going to travel approximately 2 hours to the Bronx to see the car, I called the Dealership that evening and spoke to Tammy. I asked if the car was available and upon establishing it was, I asked a bunch of other questions and made an appointment to see the car first thing Friday morning. At 10:00 Friday morning I again spoke to someone at the Dealership to ask a few additional questions and confirm my appointment as well as the car’s availability. I arrived at the dealership at 12:30 Friday afternoon and asked for Tammy. I was told that Tammy was an Internet Sales Person and I was directed to a Sales Representative working the floor. He checked the computer to determine the location of the car and then informed me the car had been sold and delivered on Thursday morning (prior to my initial call Thursday evening). Needless to say I was extremely annoyed at having traveled 2 hours for nothing. I asked to speak to Tammy and of course, she was “unavailable.” I then requested to speak to a manager to voice my complaint. I was referred to Rafael Castro. Rafael seemed ambivalent to the situation, offered an insincere apology and stated “these things happen and the internet sales people are not aware of current inventory.” He never offered to show me a comparable car and he never offered to reimburse me for my fuel and tolls (when requested, he told me “we don’t do that”). Getting nowhere with Rafael, I then requested to speak to the owner, Brian Dennis. He was, as expected, “too busy and unavailable to speak with me.” It was at that time that the General Manager, Jim Forgione, approached me. He was the first person to offer me reimbursement for both tools and fuel. He was extremely apologetic and explained that he had recently started working at the Dealership and he had “a lot of work to do.” Upon hearing what was going on, several other sales representatives and even the receptionist quietly apologized for the screw-up. They implied that this situation occurs often at this dealership. Meanwhile, 3 days later and the car is still being offered for sale on the internet. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle is to stay far away from Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The management is extremely unprofessional and uncaring. Mr. Dennis seems to be either unaware or uncaring of what happens on the sales floor. It’s amazing to me that in these hard economic times this Dealership does not work harder to preserve and establish lasting relationships. STAY AWAY!!! More
This was our third Jeep that we had bought through Jimmy, we can always count on him for the best customer service and best deal. We would defiantly plan on going back to Jimmy to purchase our fourth jeep, a we can always count on him for the best customer service and best deal.
