I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went back to pick up the vehicle, I noticed that the tires were not rotated, and was told by the service advisor that I would have to replace When I went back to pick up the vehicle, I noticed that the tires were not rotated, and was told by the service advisor that I would have to replace the lug nuts as they were swollen. The next day I took the vehicle to a tire shop and was told that the lug nuts were fine, so I decided to check the oil levels, and the antifreeze is still below min levels, so I don’t think they even changed the oil. Great service, quick turn around time and very helpful to answer any questions. You could have coffee cups and creamer available though. Worst experience I have ever had. The service department here is filled with nothing but liars and thieves. I was actually told by my warranty company to pick up my vehicle from them The service department here is filled with nothing but liars and thieves. I was actually told by my warranty company to pick up my vehicle from them immediately because they were "so sketchy." The fact that a WARRANTY company told me that unprompted should say it all. The service department manager promised he would be calling me to address the multiple lies I was told and the multiple parts on my vehicle that were damaged - that was in February and I still haven't heard from him. Spent the last couple of months compiling all the videos taken and all the recorded phone calls and the multiple employee statements that they willingly gave. This place is a nightmare. Stay away. More
