Horrible experience. My sales person Adam was terrific he took the time with going through things and exploring different options. In combination with Vinny the two of them really helped me out and gave me t took the time with going through things and exploring different options. In combination with Vinny the two of them really helped me out and gave me the best deal possible. It wasn’t until I met with Dean(the finance guy) that things went bad. I was led to his office in the back and sat with him, he knew someone who lived on my block and we had a great conversation. It wasn’t until we had to sign papers I expressed I was uncomfortable, the reason being the vehicle had a check engine light and I expressed I don’t want to sign anything until I knew for sure the vehicle was sound. He proceeds to tell me “well you have two options, one get out of my office and go wait in the lobby or two start filling out some paperwork but not sign the finance and important stuff.” I said I would feel much better knowing the vehicle didn’t have any major issues and I would wait to be sure on the vehicle before we move forward he responded by blowing a kiss at me and telling me “goodbye”. I don’t know in any circumstances where doing this to another person you just met is acceptable, it was utmost rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of saying I totally understand and we can wait once the car checks out we can move forward. He blew a kiss at me literally kissed his hand and blew it at me and told me goodbye! I couldn’t sleep at night knowing I was giving business to a company that tolerates this behavior. Be for warned ask to sit with Arci this guy needs to fired, maybe then he will learn that you can’t talk and act like that to paying customers! More
