I visited East Hills Jeep on 11/2/2023 to have a defective idler pulley replaced on my 2014 Cherokee. The work needed was related to TSB 07-002-15 rev.a, to correct a very loud noise at the time of defective idler pulley replaced on my 2014 Cherokee. In addition to thanking Service Advisor Michael Casey for his assistance in scheduling my appointment, and for working with Elias Malzone in setting up a loaner car, I also want to thank Danny Son for coordinating all the repair work involved when Mike Casey was out of the office. On yet another day when Mr. Son was off, the ever attentive John Piansky kept me up to date on my repair status, and had me made aware regarding parts on order. Before I forget, please also thank Elias for walking me very quickly through the vehicle loaner process. He had me back on the road in a loaner in a flash. His only delay was is checking the tire pressures before allowing me to take the vehicle on the road. In closing this well deserved five star review, I also want to thank service desk employee Jade Joyner for her courtesy and attentiveness as well. You have an exceptional and very professional supporting staff at East Hills, and their exemplary efforts toward customer satisfaction requires my recognition and thanks. It is always a pleasure visiting old friends at East Hills. Thank you all. More
The service advisors, EXCEPT for Mike Casey are lousy. My Jeep was initially taken in for warranty work and an oil change by Mike. The ONLY reason I choose this dealership was the reviews HE had , which now , I have personally verified , to be true, as I know dealerships can buy a lot of their stars. Mike is very personable was awesome in keeping me updated on the progress of my Jeep work, from beginning to end even when there was nothing to report, which I greatly appreciated. He’s a true asset to this company with an old fashioned lost art, called “service.” The other service advisors should be replaced. More

Service showed nothing but sheer disregard for customers. Bought the car from this dealer and with the purchase was provided with 3 "free" oil changes. Called to schedule an oil change and was told to just use their "express service" and no appointment was necessary. Arrived this morning at 8:40, was told the oil change would be done within the hour, but there were a few cars in front. After 1 hour & 20 minutes, I inquired about my car and it was still sitting outside and had not gone in yet. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Was not notified that it would take longer than promised, nor was anyone apologetic about the failure in customer service. The old saying, you get what you pay for, definitely applied here. I was told I would pay nothing for the oil change and received nothing... not even an oil change. Bad service, period. Not to mention that free oil changes were part of their untrue sales pitch. Lesson learned. More

Service associate Mike Casey took care of all my needs today and he is always so professional and attentive. My take away today, as i always the case, Mike is indeed a five star credit to your organization. On my next jeep upgrade, I will be sure to head for East Hills knowing the great quality of service after purchase. I live closer to Westbury Jeep but the trip to East Hills Jeep is well worth the extra few miles. Adding an extra star to the overall service in recognition of "Soccer Mom" Clarissa Rosado. Cashiers probably aren't brought into the realm of conversation on service ratings very often, but I do want to express my appreciation to Clarissa as well.. Clarissa is also a "professional" and for years on end has always greeted me with a smile and is always very attentive. Always five star polite and attentive I am sure, even on rainy days like today. I am writing a review of my service experience at East Hills Jeep. It was just a pleasure not the usual insanity as in most dealerships when you bring your car for service. So on my return home my wife sa Hills Jeep. It was just a pleasure not the usual insanity as in most dealerships when you bring your car for service. So on my return home my wife said, your back early was everything ok. I said this is the best way to describe my experience. Your best friend owns a high end service center. You walk into the service center area, are greeted warmly and in minutes your information is on an iPad and the simplicity starts there. You tell them your needs, concerns and pleasantly your information is entered and the process begins. You’re invited to the waiting area and there is a full barista coffee bar, real snacks, bottled water and two wide screen television. Comfortable chairs and a pleasant atmosphere make the waiting experience ok. You’re informed it will be an hour and halfway through your advisor comes out to update you. You’re adjacent to the new car showroom which is inviting as it’s the biggest candy store of cars in a state of the art showroom. An hour passes your advisor comes out and informs you all is well everything was taken care of and enjoy your day. That’s the service experience with Elliot the service advisor and the Service Manager, Rafael who are just first class men. Six months ago my Wrangler had a service issue that left me stranded on the Expressway. It was a day before leaving for a vacation and a harrowing experience. I call roadside that set up a tow and the Jeep was taken to East Hills Jeep. I called in and was informed it would be impossible to get my Jeep back the next day. So I called Rafael. My Wrangler had a coolant issue with a faulty part that required replacement and it was also on a recall campaign. We were supposed to leave for vacation in the morning. So I spoke to him explaining my issue and he said, ‘RELAX I WILL MAKE SURE YOUR JEEP IS FIXED AND YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR VACATION TO VERMONT’ Thank you all.
