Let me tell you about frank! He sells the car.. with no personality at all.. I guess that’s why he’s on the Costco program since he doesn’t have the gift of gab. I text him.. well guess what? He can care less doesn’t even tell me my car is at the wrong dealer and can’t get fixed.. doesn’t help get a car.. tells me “a car is a machine and machines break” well I think I know that much.. then continues to argue that things happen.. I get it things happen but have a solution and get me help ASAP... I had to email the owner of the dealer to finally get a rental... on the bright side the service department is fabulous and very kind.. they know what customer service is about. The cherry on top is I go to pick up the car and frank comes walking out the door .. he goes OIL CHANGE? Yeah ok frank.. remember last week when you told machines break.. what a disaster More
