My vehicle was exhibiting some issues in regards to the heated seats/steering wheel, as well as some audible noises when going over bumps. Marc politely greeted me on my arrival and made sure to keep me up to date with any progressions. Very good service. Went to the service department without an appointment due to an issue with brakes. Mike Cartelli fit me in for the service within an hour.
