Unprofessional, low character and disappointing experience Do not attempt to purchase a vehicle from this dealer!! Very bad experience. I went there on a Sunday afternoon to look at a pre-owned Jeep. We sat down and agreed on a deal which ended up being after closing time. The General Sales Manager, Ed Whiffen, repeatedly reminded us that they had closed 20-30 min ago (extremely unprofessional). At the end of the night due to them closing, we left off as the salesman would call me back the following day. The salesman never called me back and then went on vacation. I went back the following weekend to complete the deal, with another sales man, and the Sales manager Steve DeSetto told me the price I was getting it for was no longer an option. The price had increased more than $3,000!!! I then asked how could that be? if it was on paper? He then said If thats the price I was getting then I should have taken that day. However that wasn't an option because Ed Whiffen wanted to leave and the salesman was supposed to contact me the next day!! Due to their lack of customer service and eagerness to leave, I was unable to purchase the car and now they try saying its my fault?! Basically calling me a liar. I DO NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. Extremely unprofessional. I have never heard of a dealership conducting this type of horrible service. Very disappointed. More

Ivan is smart, down to earth and honest! Ivan and the dealership made everything so clear and understandable. Knew the answer to all my questions and even guided me when I was thinking of so Ivan and the dealership made everything so clear and understandable. I couldn't get over having 17" wheels and wanted to get 20" (my ego I guess) and Ivan didn't just thinking of making a sale, he guided me honestly and said, "after a week, do you think the extra 3" will make a difference?". He was absolutely right and I saved $2,500!!! When I met Ivan I was dead set on a new Honda Pilot. After a couple hours with Ivan, I was almost 100% sold on the Pacifica. I am so glad I did it!!!! Curtis Rose is very detailed oriented - a great listener and extremely customer focused. From time to time, Mr. Rose follows up on the performance, maintenance and care of my Dodge Charger. Even though Curtis Rose may not be at work when my husband and I call, he will always get back to us in a timely manner. Mr. Rose, in my husband and my opinion, goes above and beyond in his customer service responsibilities to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase.
