Bait and switch They agreed to a price on a new Compass and agreed to have it in 3 days. Salesman Ivan Rosa misrepresented the availability of the truck we purchased They agreed to a price on a new Compass and agreed to have it in 3 days. Salesman Ivan Rosa misrepresented the availability of the truck we purchased - sales manager Tom Whiffen called and offered us a more expensive model or wait 2-3 weeks. My daughter could not afford the higher price so we said we would wait for the truck we had ordered. When it arrived it was the more expensive model that we had declined - we desperately needed the truck so we had no choice. They pulled a classic bait and switch- despicable !! More

Ivan was great I worked with Ivan Rosa. He was great from the time I came into the dealership and ordered my vehicle until it was actually delivered and he showed me I worked with Ivan Rosa. Kevin is Fantastic! Kevin went above and beyond to help me with the recalls on our 2008 Wrangler. The valet drove me back after I dropped it off at the service department Kevin went above and beyond to help me with the recalls on our 2008 Wrangler. The valet drove me back after I dropped it off at the service department, even though I had a 20 minute drive. The service was completed in a timely fashion, and I was kept updated through the entire process. I absolutely recommend East Hills and Kevin in particular! More
