Horrible customer service in the last week East hills Chrysler and Dodge are by far the worst dealership! Especially the manager Ed and the sales person Sid ! They do not care about their customers they are only helpful when they want to sell you the vehicle ! Do not buy a Dodge from this dealership! You will get rob and treated horrible after you purchase the vehicle from them. Ed the manager only cares about making a sale after that you are on your own ! This is my 2nd Dodge and my last from them ! If you want a great experience and being treated like a customer do not go to Ed and Do not go to East Hills!! Not only do they rob they only care about the sale after that you are on Your own ! They take your money and then treat their customers with horrible customer service ' More

basic 15000 mile service, valet drop off/pick up - expensive the service was great - the gentleman Marc Siegel did a great job, my only reservation is the price of the services. a simple 15,000 mile service, add the service was great - the gentleman Marc Siegel did a great job, my only reservation is the price of the services. a simple 15,000 mile service, addition of a ac filter and service and a recall repair for $648.00 seems a little outrageous when you consider the vehicle is a jeep wrangler.
