Unbelievably exceptional I delt with mike grimaldi over the phone telling him what we had, what i had to work with and where i needed to be. We went in that night and no only I delt with mike grimaldi over the phone telling him what we had, what i had to work with and where i needed to be. We went in that night and no only was he able to make us happy, he went above and beyond. Not only did he save us 20 bucks a month on a grand cherokee overland. But when having to locate the truck, went in on thursday had our new truck delivered by tuesday. In and out of the dealer in 45 min with our new lease. The one issue I have, is that I was looking specifically at 2 used cars in the lot, and no one came out to offer assistance. Even when I was inside, looking, (especially the Black Wrangler, no one came up to me) Odd!!! I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. My 2009 Wrangler and my 2017 Grand Cherokee. This issue left a "sour taste in my mouth." I am not one to give this type of feedback, life's too short, but I think that the powers that be should be made aware of this. These two guys could not have been more helpful, honest and sincere. I felt like I was dealing with a family member the whole time. Not only did the process go super smoothly, the car is just perfect- everything I wanted. Although there was a wait for my car due to it being custom built, it was not a long one and Stan and Steve answered every question I had, promptly and in a friendly manner.
