Service I had a fantastic experience with the Service Dept of East Charlotte Nissan. The manager Ron was very courteous and polite. I arrived a little befor I had a fantastic experience with the Service Dept of East Charlotte Nissan. The manager Ron was very courteous and polite. I arrived a little before my appointment time and Ron got me in and out with no problems at all. Even though it was just a routine oil change and tire rotation the staff was very efficient with time and working on my vehicle. I would also like to make mention of Mr. Manny who works in finance. He is one of the most pleasant person I've met in sales since living here in Charlotte, NC for the past almost 3 years. Manny was very helpful in assisting me in picking out the vehicle that would best meet my needs at the time and was able to get me financed with no problems. I can't wait until next March 2015 when I can finally get back into a Maxima (right now I'm in an Altima). More

Great experience. I had been shopping for a new car, but had the issue of being upside down on the car I had. I just sort of assumed I couldn't afford a Nissan, which i I had been shopping for a new car, but had the issue of being upside down on the car I had. I just sort of assumed I couldn't afford a Nissan, which is what i wanted. But after dealing with several other dealerships and being treated horribly to say the least I decided to give it a shot. When my wife and i came in we were greeted by Norman Craig. I told him of my situation and despite everything working against me he made it happen. I got into exactly what i was looking for and brand new, the man physically searched the entire inventory to find me what i wanted that i could afford, i didn't really think i would find that kind of service anywhere. When we went from sales to finance we were with Eun Song, and again I was met with amazing service, she explained everything perfectly, answered all of our questions and made the complete experience from start to finish great. They even gave me an entire day to get my other car cleaned out before turning it over. If your looking for a new car, even if you think you cant afford it, this is where you need to be. You wont find any better service or deals anywhere else. This is the 3rd car my wife and I have from them and we wont be going anywhere else. For Norman and Eun thank you both again.
