Mike Simone has been extremely helpful and listens to what we are looking for in a new car. He is honest with the pricing and what he is able to do for us to make us happy. He is straight up and no nonsense. He genuinely cares about us not only as a customer but as friends. Mike always makes the time to say hello and find out how the family is doing when I pop in to his office when having service done. He is the #1 reason we continue to go back to this dealer ! We have worked with various sales people and each one works well with Mike to find us what we are looking for and not create a 10 hour marathon like some dealerships do. We will continue to deal with Mike as he is top notch ! We have also had great success working with other Nissan staff. Kevin Brown is delightful to talk too and has taken my calls with follow up finance questions. The service people make getting work on the car completed in a timely manner. A few weeks ago, I had an oil change and tire rotation done. They found two recall items and were able to get those completed same day in an hours time for all. Extraordinary! More

Great experience My wife and I bought our car this past weekend from East Charlotte Nissan. This was the first time we had ever been to this dealership. We had called the same day to make an appointment with them and they had the car ready when we arrived for test drive. Mostaffa was very friendly and accommodating to any needs we had. They worked with us on the deal to give us the best deal possible. Mohammed was very helpful through out the process. They done a great job detailing the car before we left, removing most all the little scratches that most used cars accumulate. We were in and out in about 3 hours. Overall a good experience. I would definitely recommend others to check this dealership out before buying from others. Hendrick auto tried our business the day prior with the same car. Very nice representative, lack of knowledge The experience I had was not bad, it was not great, it was a little below average due to the nature of the conversations and organizational culture. I was greeted very nicely and someone assisted us immediately. Before we even sat down to talk about what my objective was, the sales agent and the manager had me sitting in a display car to get a "feel" for the ride. Once we got to an office, I made it very clear what my goal was financially, however the topic resorted back to vehicle of interest and its accessories. Again, the sales agent was very friendly and seemed genuine, however he lacked knowledge in the processes of leasing a vehicle. This was an issue for me as this was my first time leasing, thus I expected proactive information. The manager appeared to be a people person, as most of them are, and was knowledgeable in the inventory. When people are financing or leasing vehicles, they want to have genuine people around and not feel as if they are being rushed into a deal; this is what I felt. Fast foraward, I drove away in a 2017 maxima with anxiety, questioning my decision as more questions emerged as I drove off. Most people are excited about a brand new vehicle, however I feel that I did not make the right decision. I came in under the impression that I had no other options, after speaking with a number of dealers and financial institutions, I had other options with the dealer that I was not informed about and was not provided with alternatives. I still feel resentment. More
