I have been to the dealership several times for parts for my Amanti. Jessie Rios is by far one of the nicest people I have ever meet. He is always pleasant, helpful and very knowledgable. Recently I was in the market for a new car, my First new car. I started the process by looking around on line and chatting with some of the dealers. One of the sales people that got back to me was Alex G. w car. I started the process by looking around on line and chatting with some of the dealers. One of the sales people that got back to me was Alex G. with Peoria Kia. Unlike most of the sales guys that contacted me he was very helpful and informative. He changed his schedule around to meet my needs and came in to the lot on the 4th of July even though he had the day off. I got to try out several of the vehicles to figure out what I liked and the different costs. I walked off the lot with some loose numbers [surprising how accurate they were] and no pressure. After trying to get some other dealers to give up some numbers and do test drives for a week I called Alex back. We tested the 2012 Optima SX and the EX with premium pkg again and got down to serious numbers. I never planned on buying a KIA but after testing the Optima SX against other makes and models it wasn't even that close. We got twice the car at a great price and even with the turbo I am over 30+ mpg. I have rated this company so high because as a business owner I understand how hard it is to get an entire company to put the client first. From the young lady that answers the phones to the service guys everyone was courteous and professional. My wife and I heard about this dealer from a couple we met at a shopping center, I asked “what kind of car is that”, and they raved about the car [ Optima EX ] and the dealer they got it from. If you are looking for car it would be a mistake not to call Alex G. at Peoria KIA and see if he can help you. More

When I moved down here to Arizona I found this Kia dealership in Peoria on 91st Ave and the Customer Service is GREAT!! The quality of work they do in the service department and the 360 degree maint. check if EXCELLENT!! The friendliness that I receive when I walk in the door is an awesome feeling. I have talked with Juan and Andy and they give me the good/bad news right away and they are both so honest and up front. They are not your typical service area that is just looking for things to make money. They treat me as a valuable customer and just want to make sure that my vehicle is up to par. For Val, she is wonderful. Overall the experience that I have recieved at this Kia dealership is unbelievable. They all have a smile on their face every time I go in there. It is just a WONDERFUL place to go!! I love it!! They rate EXCELLENT in my book!! More
I just want to start out by saying that the staff at Peoria Kia are great. I stop by to look at a used car and parked near the service area and this gentleman came up to me and started talking about my Peoria Kia are great. He then asked me to try Peoria Kia he said they work on his own Dodge. So a few weeks went by and i made a appointment told him that i needed a few different service items done. They did the work that i needed found a few things that i did not know were just about worn out which could have cost me a lot more money down the road. When i picked up my truck Andy showed me the old parts, which was kind of nice it made me feel like they did not just fix something just to make the dealership more money, they had the truck cleaned and it look and road great! Val At the Cashier Counter & Andy the Service Manager could not be better people. I would highly recommand this dealership for service!! More

Victor worked with us when we purchased our new vehicle. He gives us friendly greetings whenever we bring our Sorrento in for service if he is working that day. The service department reminds us by email of our service appointment and on that day they are friendly, courteous, and it seems like they are eager to please us. Our vehicle is returned to us once serviced, clean and ready to go. I don't remember the names of the service men who took care of us but they were clean, friendly and knew what service we were schedule for. The day after we received service on our Sorrento we received an email and telephone call from the Dealer that said they appreciated our business. How nice it is to be appreciated. Your Dealership, service department and Victor get a 5 star rating from our family. More
On our first visit to the Dealership, we did not know what we wanted, only that we had a list of needs from a vehicle, new or used. We told Simon we were window shopping, and what our needs were. We were interested in a particular vehicle that we felt would work for us. Simon showed us that vehicle, and then sugested 2 others vehicles that he felt might meet our needs. Those were both cheaper options. Durring our first visit, he spent about an hour with us, never mentioning buying, and only mentioning price when we had questions. We went away feeling releived (after leaving a horible experience at another dealership) and with a lot of information. When we made a decision the next day and called him back, he went to work, finding only 1 car that meet our wants in 3 states. He went to work to get it, and 24 hrs, and 3 newly listed cars later, they got one that we wanted. The sales process was almost pain free (not sure of any car buying process that is truely pain free), but the whole dealership staff went out of their way to get us through it as quickly and easily as possible. My wife hates the car buying process, and as we were leaving, she looks at me, and says, in a year or so we should trade in our other car for another one from this dealership, and that is saying A LOT. More
This dealer was rude! The finance manager was pushy and became extremely agitated when I refused to purchase GAP Insurance and the extended warranty. The Finance Manager said in a very annoyed voice " Well **** we are not going to make anything off this sale, what a waste of time"! A week after the sale was final I received a call from the dealer informing me that I "Owed the dealership $212 more dollars because they paid off my trade and they overpaid the payoff amount by $212 dollars and they wanted me to reimburse them for that cost. I told them I was not going to take their word for it and I needed to contact my previous finance company to verify. Less than 24 hours later I received a call from a collection agency informing me that Peoria Kia had sent me to collections for $212 dollars and now I also owed collection fees. I contacted Peoria Kia manager and he informed me that this was not common practice and that he would dig into it and get back to me. After 3 days of not hearing from Peoria Kia I contacted them again and the manager I previously spoke with informed me "I was S**T out of luck and to I would just have to deal with the collection agency". He told me once it went to collection (even though he said it never should have) that there was nothing he could do about it. I contacted the collection agency and paid the $212 plus the $54 additional collections fee. After paying the collection agency I again contacted Peoria Kia for reimbursement of the $266 but was laughed at by the manager. I explained that if I needed to do so I would contact the corporate office and the BBB and make formal complaints. They told me that they did not care; they did plenty of business without worrying about negative feedback. I did go ahead and make reports to the Kia Corporate office and the BBB and both times Peoria Kia responded with a negative response saying they were not prepared to make the situation right. I have purchased a new vehicle almost every year since I have been 18 years old for an estimated total of 18 new vehicles and have never been treated so poorly or rudely. Beware of this dealer they will suck you in sell you a car and then tell you owe them more money when they realize they made a poor deal on their side! Absolute rip off!!! More
We purchased a 2012 Kia Soul. Kelly Dutton-Orloff was our salesperson. She was fantastic. She worked with us on the new car price and trade-in until we were very satisfied with the transaction. We also especially appreciated the finance man, I believe his name was Jack. We left with the perfect car we were looking for, and Kelly helped us orient ourselve to various features, including activating our cell phone to Blue Tooth. She even helped me get all my stuff out of my trade-in. The service manager came out to greet us and extend and offer of a free oil change. We love the car and are especially pleased that Kia offers an extended warranty, ten year bumper to bumper, side to side at a cost that we found very reasonable. We'll be nearing our eightieth birthdays by then and are glad to have the security this warranty offers to us. Jay and Jan More
