He made sure everything was taken care of and got my car in quick for an oil change and to replace the The service manager was very nice and thorough. I was having a bad day due to a dead battery but was pleased when they didn't try to refinance my car or do some sales pitch. I actually didn't buy my car at this dealership, but wish I had now. They are the best Kia dealership and they value your time. More
Great service My engine had a recall on it and I felt completely out of control when I did not have a car. Fortunately, I brought it into Peoria Kia and right away My engine had a recall on it and I felt completely out of control when I did not have a car. Fortunately, I brought it into Peoria Kia and right away Justen greeted me and assured that everything would be alright. My car was checked in and within 20 minutes I was told that Kia would be giving me a rental until my car was finished being serviced. Justen made sure to call me as soon as they received a new engine to keep me updated and made sure to call me and let me know it was ready for pick up. I was never left in the dark about when my car would be finished and the customer service from Justen was superb. Highly recommend the service departmet over at Peoria Kia! More

Second Purchase at Peoria Kia! In 2016 I bought a new Kia Soul from Peoria (Az) Kia and my salesman was Larry DeEnnis. He was hands down the best Auto Salesman I have ever dealt wit In 2016 I bought a new Kia Soul from Peoria (Az) Kia and my salesman was Larry DeEnnis. He was hands down the best Auto Salesman I have ever dealt with. To sum up my purchase it was EXACTLY 1hr and 11 minutes from when I pulled up in my car to when I drove off the lot with my new car! Unheard of! This dealership just gets it....customer service, attention to details, very pleasant experience (IKR...from a CAR DEALERSHIP???) Larry's the BEST! Fast Forward to today (11/12/2017) I just traded in my 2016 with only 11,700 miles on it for a 2017 Kia Soul....same color, 20 miles on it, they DROPPED my monthly payment amount, and a full tank of gas! Jon Vontesmar was my salesman (part of Larry's team) and the same result>SUPER satisfied! Great job Jon! Major kudos of course to the superstar of Auto Finance Mr. Brett Wian, absolutely hands down the best in his field! These gentlemen (plus all of the support personnel) make buying a car absolutely painless and worry free! No one should ever buy a car from anyone but these folks at Peoria Kia! GO HERE FIRST! More
professionalism at its best compliments to Larry DeNinis sales professional,who was honest and upfront about the vehicle I was seeking to purchase, he made it his personne compliments to Larry DeNinis sales professional,who was honest and upfront about the vehicle I was seeking to purchase, he made it his personnel goal to negotiate and acceptable deal between both parties, dealership and myself. I didnt have to deal with every person in the dealership that day, just to negotiate, what a relief. It just happened that the vehicle I was seeking was at another dealership which he was trying to obtain for me, when that fell thru he was able to retrieve another vehicle from California. When it arrived several days later he made sure all the items in the deal was taken care of by the service dept, Valerie Pele. I do believe that my KIA will stand up as good as the sales person Larry did for me. As for my service advisor Valerie, who organized the details for my Kia KUDOS to her for being genuine and very professional in dealing with her, getting thing done is a timely manner. She had my vehicle done before promised time and waited on her own for me to pickup the vehicle and given an in service on items placed on vehicle, that's going that extra mile for her client..
