My wife and I bought a used 2016 Nissan Rogue. We paid cash for it. Before or should I say during the sale I noticed the SD card for the Navigation system was missing. He was new so he told the night sales manager it was gone. The night manager who happened to be training my salesman,said don't worry we will take care of it. Wow did I learn a lesson. If your dealing with Peoria Kia off of bell Rd. Make sure you get everything in writing. Theyre word is no good. I felt I was lied to just to make a sale. They will say anything to get a deal. In not joking it sucks that during this Pandemic there still is business that will take advantage of customers who are just trying to survive. I know that a SD card costs around 200 for that model. I spent all my money paying cash and buying an extended warranty. You would think they would make good on their word. No they won't in fact they were rude and not helpful at all. Soon as they hot the money all promises are off. Do yourself a big favor buy anywhere but there if you want honesty and good salesman that don't lie. I hope channel3 gets my message cause that's next. Its the principal not the money. You can't kick people when there down. Please hear my true story and don't make the mistake I did. Was given red carpet treatment I have purchased many cars in my years. I bought the 2018 Kia Rio Sport last June. Love it. I drive the 17 and the 101 everyday. All the time. Hence the reason why I buy brand new. Leaving for work at 6:30 am , car dies on 51st ave. I was able to get a Kia courtesy tow. Once there I was checked in already. Jason Sweet (the car man) came to me, was so apologetic. Rental car company came to pick me up. I was brought to the rental company. In a rental car and on my way to work by 9:30 in downtown Phoenix. They had to order the part for my car. It was ready for me to pick up the next day. I was soooo pleased. More

Professional, knowledgeable, ON TIME I was greeted promptly . I was introduced to Mark Cronk and told he would be my Service Consultant. He explained the procedure and said he would kee I was greeted promptly . I was introduced to Mark Cronk and told he would be my Service Consultant. He explained the procedure and said he would keep me informed as progress was made and let me know if they found any work that may need attention. He came back to let me know I did needed a new battery. All other information was normal. Work was completed in record time. Mr. Cronk was very pleasant to work with.
