I called on a Friday and spoke to Jorge Cabrera. I told him what I was looking for. He searched the lot and called me back. He told me what they had and I told him I would be there the next morning. The Avondale Hyundai dealership has a terrific team of maintenance managers. Harold is my Maintenance Manager and he is the best. They are absolutely terrific! During our visit on veterans day to inquire about the 30,000 mile check up to my 09 hyundai. We then went out to take a look at cars on the lot when Ron came out to greet us while my husband Andy and I were looking at the new 2011 Hyundai that my son had told us about he had seen on tv, and said we should look at and what a great car it was. Ron was explaining the new features and took us for a test drive. We then agreed to look at some numbers in order to purchase a new vehicle, during this time Randy took our 09 vehicle and had it washed! Unbeliveable! Randy didn't give up on us and tried afew ways to make sure that he pulled out the deal we wanted and could afford. It took us alittle while to make it into finance, but Jose also was very professional and gave us all that he could to ease the experience. We have the option of choices of dealerships and always return. This being our third time.I would like to greatfully thank all the staff for a job well done. I could not be more pleased with all the attention and expertise that made our visit and our purchase one to remember. My van went in for its regular oil change. Harold met me before 7:00 a.m., introduced himself, checked what scheduled work I was needing. He did a complete check on the outside of the van (even joked about my van being a magnet for bumper damage in parking lots) As it was a bit early he unlocked the service waiting room and told me the approximate time the van would be finished. Later he came in, sat down and let me know that there were some things found that he would recommend being taken care of. He also explained that they didnt have the parts in stock although they were in the valley and he could get them today. It would extend my wait and I was told that up front. I decided to schedule another appt. and that was completely fine with Harold. There was never any kind of "hard sell" or pressure at any time. I recieved a complete multi-point inspection report on everything they found and was signed off by inspector #497. My bill explained everything that was done and the cost. You can imagine my pleasure when I found out that the extra work will be covered by warranty. While waiting the receptionist let me know there was fresh coffee made and was very friendly. After paying my bill she let me know about the myhyundaifix.com and then walked me out to my vehicle which is something you never see. I know that Avondale Hyundai is a big dealership in an even bigger city. Being made to feel that my vehicles service was their top priority was great. Very few business go out of their way to let the customer know they are important and valued. Our families three Hyundais will definately be going back to Avondale Hyundai for our service needs. P.S. I have a dealership about five miles from my house and choose to drive about a half hour instead. More
