Mike facilitated the purchase of my vehicle with ease, primarily by emails and phone calls back and forth. the deal was finalized over the Harding. My time at the dealership was about an hour only, because there were people ahead of me waiting to see the business person to process the paper work. Mike took the time It was great working with someone like Mike. He is very straight forward and was willing to go out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted i the price I was willing to pay. In addition, since I had no one to go to the dealership with me and drive my car back to my house, Mike, personally delivered the car to me some 60 miles to my home. I asked for $500 more than the vehicle was worth, they offered $500 less and we settled in the middle at the right price. Neither Joe nor the finance man pressured me into buying anything I didn't want. On balance it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend both the dealership and Joe Canizales. More
