I was shopping for a 2013 Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible using the USAA car buying service ,which referred me to three dealers in the Phoenix area. Another dealership contacted me and they had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock. I was set to purchase this vehicle, but found that the salesman lied to me about taking an out of state delivery, so I cancelled the sale and called Andrew Sparks. We ordered the vehicle, it came in, we drove over to California to take the out of state delivery at the agreed upon price. Mr Sparks was up front, efficient, honest, and I will be a repeat customer. I have been to this dealership before. Several years ago, they helped when I was in a bad situation. Today was a bit different. I was finally ready to buy my first brand new car. I'll admit when I first arrived, There is a welcome booth at the entrance, I was greeted and told to park in the front. I assumed that someone would be out soon to greet me. I started to look over the inventory, but really I wanted to speak with someone. I finally had to go inside and ask for help. The rest of my experience was so good, that I had almost forgotten about the initial impression. I can say, from past experience, this is not normal. From here out, it was WONDERFUL. Chris Hanson came out to greet me. He was friendly and listened to what I had to say. Chris is laid back, likes to work with his customers where they are. He and I spoke about my needs, what I was wanting, and started crunching numbers - at my request. Then came the test drive. I can't remember ever stopping for coffee on a test drive before... It was wonderful, and SOOO needed. Chris nailed it. He found the car I didn't know I wanted - meaning, the perfect car for me - on the first try. We found a color I like, ok, I'm loving it... and I am now the proud owner of my first brand new car. Oh, xxxxxxto the finance guy - I'm sorry, I forgot your name - You were a JOY.
