They explained the cost and process to repair my vehicle and, knowing I needed the repair to drive sa I went to the dealership without an appointment. They explained the cost and process to repair my vehicle and, knowing I needed the repair to drive safely, fixed it right away. After the repair they brought out the part that was defective and showed it to me. He shook my hand and thanked me for being a customer there.
