Morgaane was fantastic! She communicated with me continuously during the time my vehicle was serviced. All fluids changed or flushed new wiper blades and an alignment. I appreciate Morgan’s attention to detail and being very respectful and courteous. I had occasion to meet my original sales person from seven years ago Marc Esser, it was a pleasure to speak with him again as it always is when I see him. He helped me find a local specialty shop to replace a door, rubber protector. The personnel at Eagle Buick GMC always make me feel like I’m part of their family and I appreciate that. I use to think this dealer cared about me. My last experience in buying a car after my wife died was terrible.
