Time after time , chance after chance. Their repair department can not do anything right. It's so bad that I actually am supposed to have free oil changes and I will , chance after chance. Their repair department can not do anything right. It's so bad that I actually am supposed to have free oil changes and I will not bring my vehicles there . Last time they got oil all over my engine. It almost caught fire. And then it leaked all over my garage. Then they lost the key to my wheels. Never offered to replace it once. WORTHLESS PEOPLE !! More

Dishonest They inspected my car and told me I needed a $1034.00 diollar radio installed. They want to charge me $92.80 for this service. Scott Kelley comes through again After being warned by Scott Kelley that my battery was low during a oil change, I didn't have the money at the moment for a new battery being a disabl After being warned by Scott Kelley that my battery was low during a oil change, I didn't have the money at the moment for a new battery being a disabled veteran. A couple weeks later the battery failed and I got a jump start and ran to Eagle. Even though he was very busy as was the whole service department, he fit me in with just a short wait in a very clean snack area fed me a yogurt and granola bar. The service department at Eagle is like nothing I ever experienced before, 2nd to none and should be commended, with the best, in my view, Scott Kelley. More
