High pressure, shady sales tactics, I wouldn’t trust them. We were in the market for a luxury family sedan and were with our twin 9 yr daughters. We came across an Audi A7 at ENE that we thought woul them. We were in the market for a luxury family sedan and were with our twin 9 yr daughters. We came across an Audi A7 at ENE that we thought would be out of our price range. Suprisingly, it wasn’t. It did have very high miles (158,000), and Omar let us take it for a test drive. Despite ENE putting cheap, low-grade tires on it, it drove well. We needed something reliable, so we wanted to be extra thorougoh when inspecting it. We took it for a 40 minute test-drive, so we could see how it performs on the expressway. When we returned, we were suprised that the Sheriff had been called and they “thought we stole the car.” We left our own vehicle, windows down, and with one of our phones, at their shop. They said they expected us to take a 10 minute test drive. They said they had a buyer lined up for the car, who was pre-approved for financing and just needed to come sign paperwork. If we were serious, we'd need to put down a deposit. We were concerned about so high of miles & lower quality consumables that were on it. One guy mentioned how it burns through oil. We would definitely need a warranty. Ethan couldn’t give us an exact price, and another guy said it was $3500 to $8000. We made an offer to purchase and put a couple hundred down with the contingency that Ethan would call us in the morning with numbers and details and delivery would be tomorrow afternoon. They insisted that we bring a certified check or money order to pay the balance. No one called and when we called no one answered. We went there around 3pm to talk about how things didn’t feel right. We had purchased our other car by paying in full (around $30,000) at another dealership and had a very different experience. That dealership told us to take it overnight for a test drive and had no problem with a personal check. The car was in the exact same spot we left it (we expected it detailed) and it took us a while to find someone. We explained and were given the details if that any warranty work would need the car to be taken 60 miles away. We didn't want the car, given the warranty, the high miles, and the high cost to bring the car to standards. We were fine with losing a couple hundred dollars vs $20,000+. Since they “had a buyer", they weren’t incurring damages, and we asked for our deposit to be returned and we would consider other vehicles they had. They continued to push the car and got irrate. This was a RED FLAG. They said that they had to call and tell the other buyer it was sold, but they didn’t call their paying customer?!? The one guy said, “we got you on camera saying that we could keep the deposit.” Under Wisconsin law, dealerships are entitled to keep the deposit money, but they also have to provide warranty information and since the sale was made outside of normal operations, they became subject to Chapter 423 of Consumer Approval. Dealerships are also able to accept multiple offers to purchase on vehicles. Due to their previous behavior, we were prepared to submit a written cancellation. As soon as we stated our consumer rights, they walked out of the room confirming that they weren’t an establishment commited to their customers. We filed a complaint with WisDOT Dealer Section and will continue looking for a vehicle. We learned from this experience, and hope you can too. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. If you’re being pushed and told you HAVE to purchase, the dealer can't force you to do anything. More

Watch out for these shady guys. Spoke to them over the phone about a Can Am Defender UTV they have for sale. Asked if there were any issues that I should know about before I make the 3 hr. drive down. T phone about a Can Am Defender UTV they have for sale. Asked if there were any issues that I should know about before I make the 3 hr. drive down. The response was no, only a couple cosmetic issues and sent me some pics of scratches and a cracked and glued air box. Got a check from my CU and made the 3 hr. trek down. Got there and took it for a test drive. At first all seemed legit, but did find that one of the power window switches did not work and that the cracked air box was going to have to be replaced. They were not willing to do anything about these, but I flexed and said ok. Then we got to the last page of signing the documents and vehicle condition report. My salesman Omar tried to blow by it but damage to the frame was checked on the report. He said, don't worry about that we check that on all the UTVs because even a small dent is technically damage. The BS alarm in my head was going off at full volume! I said, then since you are charging me $299 for an inspection, then show me the inspection and what was documented as damage on the frame. I could not find damage visual, but could not see the frame under the cab due to the skid plate. I gave it another really good look over and found about 8 small pieces of shattered tempered glass under the tip be box. It was clear that the window had been shattered and the unit was likely in a rollover. They refused to uncheck the damaged frame comment, as the owner said and I quote "I have to assume the owners of all these UTVs are going to send it, so we check that box to cover us." What a bunch of crap! Left emptied handed and got home. Googled the vin and found the unit on a salvage auction website. BUSTED! Don't waste your time with these scam artists!!! More
