Although sales experience was good, follow through not so hot. Purchased two new subarus but they reneged on sending someone to our house in a week to go thru details of the cars. 2nd time I took my subaru for an oil change and they didn't top of fluids (coolaint, wiper, ect..) You figure they would at the cost of an oil change there. The service experience for my Subaru went very well. Everyone was happy to answer any questions that I had about the details of my Forester. They were quick, efficient and reasonable.
