Danielle Jaggars was my sales person. My first time at Dyer, I drove a Crosstrek and a Forester. Danielle explained all the features to my satisfaction. I dealt with Thomas McGee on the final price negotiation and we quickly came to an agreement. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Then I got a free warranty extension! Even better! More

The new facility is very appealing and the staff was cordial. We decided not to wait and Dyer accommodated us promptly with a ride. The service was performed well. Only criticism is that despite having an appointment time, it took a very long time for them to commence the work (presumably because we did not wait). This was not communicated and when we returned for pickup the car was not ready. More
