The Dealer to use I unfortunately bought my first Subaru from a dealer other than Dyer. After no end of problems, I found Dyer which serviced my car for about a year. Then in an email, Subaru offered me a trade in price with an opportunity to purchase a new car and the offer was quiet attractive. I reviewed the Dyer inventory on line and selected a car. And contacted them by email. The car was ready for me when I got to the dealership. We tested the new car, Dyer confirmed the trade in offer on my old Subaru and we drove off with a new car after a completely stress free buying experience. Dyer will always be my Subaru dealer of choice and their service shop is great as well. More

I went into the Subaru office and I was treated by a gentleman who introduced me to Sherri. I explained to Sherri how disappointed I was in my original purchase and it was up to her to help me gain that trust back enough to purchase a new vehicle from Dyer. Sherri did not disappoint! Sherri was professional, informative, and helped me to find the right car at the right price! I met with the Manager who too was informative about my trade in and educated me on its value. I met with the Finance Manager who showed me options in financing, warranties and all with "NO PRESSURE" . I'm DELIGHTED that I went back and gave Dyer another chance! I spoke with Nancy on the phone to secure the car with a down payment, and she was very helpful. Chad has the patience of a saint. Seriously! After seeing how busy he is, I can't believe he was able to provide customer service he did. He was cool, calm, patient and responsive through it all my inquiries. I was probably an utter nuisance because my bank's slow response time was driving me insane, and I felt the need to keep him up-to-date. In the end, I canceled the loan process with my bank, and let him handle the financing. I showed up at 10 a.m., filled out the credit app, and they had me closed before 11 a.m. While I waited on the appointment ahead of me, I was made to feel welcome by the sales staff. Everyone was very pleasant. Chuck closed the financials, and was very kind and efficient. I drove the beautifully detailed car back home 580 miles, and my wife was just thrilled with it. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish with this Dyers crew, and I can tell you, I would absolutely do it again for my next purchase even though I'm so far away. Their fees are reasonable, prices are great, financing rates are competitive, and their staff and management made it personal. I've never felt so at-ease with a purchase from a dealership. Go see them! More

She was refreshingly pleasant, knowledgeable and low-key! The whole process, from test-drive to comprehensive, hands-on review of features, was excellent. I also worked with Chuck Marchetti in the finance department. I am giving both Sherri and Chuck highest marks and highly recommend Dyer Subaru! More
