Sherri Lane is the Best! When I started to think I might be ready for a new car, all I wanted to do was to see the cars in the lot without a sales person. I went to Dyer Subar When I started to think I might be ready for a new car, all I wanted to do was to see the cars in the lot without a sales person. I went to Dyer Subaru, met Sherri Lane, and explained what I wanted to do. Sherri said to take my time and gave me a brochure. I came back a second time and Sherri responded in the same way. When I came back the third time with my wife, Sherri asked if she could join us on the lot, which was fine with us, and she impressed us with her knowledge of the various models and her friendly, low-key manner. We test drove two versions of the Forester and one was clearly the favorite. They didn't have it in my preferred color, but found it at another dealership. Sherri explained the financing options and we decided to go with the 3 year lease. The car was brought to Dyer, we did a test drive and Sherri went over the operations of the car. We signed the financing documents with Kevin Dolan, who was also very knowledgeable and professional. Sherri is patient and informative. We couldn't ask for a better new car experience and highly recommend Sherri! More
