Great Experience buying a vehicle I found a truck online and Shawn contacted me immediately and was very helpful. He set up me up with Brandon Reynolds the Manager who in turn put us with a sales person who was Vernon Tynes to show us the vehicles. We bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 with no pressure the same day. He was very professional and very nice, not pushy and patient. I'm in sales and as a sales person we can't stand someone being pushy. Then we went to financing with Chuck Marchetti who also was professional, friendly and made getting the financing done without a headache and was painless. We could not be happier. If you need a vehicle I would highly recommend Dyer Mazda/Subaru in Vero Beach, FL. More

The greatest car buying experience of my life. On the 31st of May, I had what I will say was the absolute pleasure to do business with Pete, Chuck, and Brandon at Dyer Mazda in Vero Beach. They wer On the 31st of May, I had what I will say was the absolute pleasure to do business with Pete, Chuck, and Brandon at Dyer Mazda in Vero Beach. They were able to put me in a lease on a 2017 Mazda 3 Touring that I am happy to drive today. I held off a week from leaving a review because I wanted to see how much I would enjoy the car and I can say I love it. My car before this was a 2013 Honda Accord and the 3 Touring is so much nicer all around. It's more comfortable handles better and much less road noise while driving. Yes it is a four year newer vehicle, and I drove a new Accord, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as Mazda 3 on the test drive. As for the dealership, I will say it was by far the most comfortable hassle free car purchase I have ever done. I provided them my numbers, and to my surprise, they were able to come below what I asked. This is something that almost never happens and trust me I wasn’t a pushover. I think it was the professionalism and understanding of the gentleman at Dyer Mazda that was able to make this happen. It was much appreciated in my wallet for sure. After the sale Pete as able to walk me through every feature the car had to offer. Some I was unaware of that came in this model. He is a great person and salesman with the proper knowledge of the brand and models. I will say without a doubt that I am very proud that I have purchased from Dyer Mazda and for certain will do so again. Yeah, I may have sounded like a commercial, but I’m truly happy with my purchase how can you not? More

Just bought a Mazda CX-5 from Vernon....GREAT experience this is the first time I ever bought a car (new or used) that didn't leave me feeling beat up and exhausted. Ask for Vernon, honest, patient, and sincere...he works with you and let's you set the pace for car shopping. Vernon spent most of this afternoon with me and walked me through the entire process, from my first test drive 2 weeks ago and leaving the lot today with my car (he spent so much time with me so I would be comfortable with the new technology (the car I traded in is 8 years old with 100K miles, so a lot has changed.) Actually the entire staff at Dyer is great....the guys in service are fantastic (I asked them which car they recommended because who knows better which cars are the best, right?) I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I keep cars a long time but if I;m still living here for the next car, I'll go back to Dyer. More

Wonderful and unique experience! Wife and I are thrilled. Purchased a pre-owned from these guys after finding a great deal on AutoTrader. Price was so good there was no need for haggling, and it justified a Purchased a pre-owned from these guys after finding a great deal on AutoTrader. Price was so good there was no need for haggling, and it justified a nearly 600 mile, one-way, trip to pick it up! I spoke with Nancy on the phone to secure the car with a down payment, and she was very helpful. Chad has the patience of a saint. Seriously! After seeing how busy he is, I can't believe he was able to provide customer service he did. He was cool, calm, patient and responsive through it all my inquiries. I was probably an utter nuisance because my bank's slow response time was driving me insane, and I felt the need to keep him up-to-date. In the end, I canceled the loan process with my bank, and let him handle the financing. I showed up at 10 a.m., filled out the credit app, and they had me closed before 11 a.m. While I waited on the appointment ahead of me, I was made to feel welcome by the sales staff. Everyone was very pleasant. Chuck closed the financials, and was very kind and efficient. I drove the beautifully detailed car back home 580 miles, and my wife was just thrilled with it. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish with this Dyers crew, and I can tell you, I would absolutely do it again for my next purchase even though I'm so far away. Their fees are reasonable, prices are great, financing rates are competitive, and their staff and management made it personal. I've never felt so at-ease with a purchase from a dealership. Go see them! More
