We wanted the car the minute we saw it and everyone was very patient explaining all our options to purchase: cash, lease, 0% financing, etc. Everyone extremely helpful & friendly! He was honest, up front, personable, and did not give us the typical "salesman" vibe. He was genuine and wanted the best for us and because of him, we believed this truck was really what he told us it was. He did not lie and say its better than what it really was, nor did he push us whatsoever. We told him how appreciative we were of all of his help and really hope the company knows how valuable he is. Outstanding! Dyer Mazda was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I started by emailing and was promptly responded to by Shawn, very courteous and Dyer Mazda was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I started by emailing and was promptly responded to by Shawn, very courteous and professional. I went in a few hours later. As soon as I got out of my car, I was greeted by my rep, Pete Coleman. What a gem! He was so nice, immediately offered water. He was incredibly knowledgeable about his brand and my vehicle. He worked with me to get the best price and financing options. One of my questions was in programming the homelink for the garage. He did it for me and said if I had any issues, he'd come to my home and take care of it personally. Imagine!? THAT is truly going above and beyond. He then called the next day to be sure all was well and I had no questions. If you find yourself at Dyer, be sure to request Pete. Chuck, the finance manager is another asset. He was also very informative, provided me with plenty of options without pressure. With his expertise, I feel very comfortable in the chosen options.
