Made an appt to come in to see what they had available. I had to cancel due to a car accident I was not at fault for. I advised them numerous times I could not make it. Due to not having a vehicle, ubers not showing up where I live (middle of nowhere) and kind of misleading me into thinking I was already approved since I did all of the online applications. Then they decided to ask if I wanted to do an application online vs in person to even see if I could get approved... Wait what did I fill out? Why was my credit checked already if I hadn't filled one out? They don't communicate with eachother or read Facebook messages in order. They must have numerous people working Facebook because none of them could ever remember why I had to reschedule in the first place... I. E. Car accident. I decided not to come in based on the misleading application, they contacted me almost daily and I'd hate to see how much they would of contacted me if I was a day behind on payments. They were so admit on getting me in but not consoling for the accident or pain and suffering, not understanding and had that pushy sales mentality. Very unhappy. I'd give them more stars if they had been understanding. I won't give less as I didn't purchase a vehicle through them. I went somewhere else and couldn't be more happy. More

I also if I could put a zero in front of the Stars I would. I was given a price to recharge the AC system on a customer's car of $250 when the customer went and took the car there they've charged her $1 would. I was given a price to recharge the AC system on a customer's car of $250 when the customer went and took the car there they've charged her $1,000 to recharge the AC system I understand this is a new system and that the stuff is expensive but I was quoted anywhere from 250 to $400 to recharge the system from any other garages around here when I told them not to do it because it was an insurance claim also they went ahead and called the insurance company and ended up doing it anyways regardless what you tell these people to do they don't do it they lie to people they tell you one thing just to get you in their door if you are going to take your car anywhere do not take it to Lake Wales Kia take it to Lakeland Kia More
If I could put a - in front of my star I would, it wouldn't let 0 stars. I had a car listed on Craigslist for sale and was INVITED by this dealer who was an hour away from me to bring my car by as the wouldn't let 0 stars. I had a car listed on Craigslist for sale and was INVITED by this dealer who was an hour away from me to bring my car by as they "wanted it on their lot" as per Cheyenne Johnson who contacted me on behalf of her used car manager. Needless to say I was very skeptical knowing the very poor reputation car dealers have as unethical and generally con-men to pay a fair price so I had several exchanges with this rep of the dealer who assured me that "they were different" to paraphrase and summarize. This was going to take several hours of my time and at 4.69 a gallon several gallons potentially so I made mention of that and was assured that It'd be worth my while and if a deal couldn't be made they'd at minimum fill my tank for my trouble. Of course this was compelling to me wanting to sell my car, I was emphatic that I was not going to stray much from the asking price ($7800) being a used high end car (2010 Cadillac, average mileage, good condition) as I know the value of my car, it is not perfect but for a dealership with all of their resources and discounts it'd be very easy and inexpensive for them to bring it up to looking close to new and sell it for much more profit. I did not misrepresent my car in anyway either in my ad or to them personally, also with plenty of pictures to view in our correspondence so THEY KNEW what to expect. On my trip there suddenly my car developed a miss and there was no time to address it but I mentioned it to them upon arrival and being a long time professional mechanic and driver myself in the motorsport world on engines such as this being stock I identified it pretty quickly as something most likely fuel injector related and told them so. Firstly, on arrival they had no idea who I was? The girl who had emailed me and with whom I had communicated with had promised to be there to greet me when I arrived "she'd block the time for me" after texting her multiple times and even calling the dealership prior to confirm she even worked there? She did not respond and was not there! (She was but was somewhere in the back as I had called prior and the front desk was going to connect me with her but I just told them to let her know I was on my way). They foolishly attempted to berate and devalue my car even suggesting I had ruined my engine and offered a low value of $2500 for my car which needless to say was offensive and incensed me to my core. I asked for the manager who had supposedly "wanted my car on their lot" who proceeded to talk down to me as if I'm stupid which was obviously NOT the case and when I pushed back he acted all offended at the nerve of my pushback in order to distract from the real issue which was they were checkmated. Soon it got heated, they acted like mafioso and xxxxx and like I was the problem and having at least two big xxxxx with their arms crossed get in the face of a 61 year old man who was rightfully angry and taken advantage of. They also didn't provide the promised tank of fuel either. In closing, I drove my car back home an hour away and the next day put some injector cleaner into my fuel tank and the rough idle and miss went away as I diagnosed it would so for not even the cost of one can of injector cleaner they decided my car was worth $5300 less than it was and THEY knew that was a scam and was offended I was smarter then they gave credit for which is why it went sideways. No professionalism and no business ethics either. Read my other reviews such as my review on Mercedes of Ft. Lauderdale THAT's a perfect example of a dealership that prizes it's customers of all values whether new, return or never visited or even had a 2006 and not the newest car on the lot and should treat ALL customers now and for their future, when credit is due, credit is due, so is criticism and a fair, balanced and honest review for the purpose of forewarning anyone foolish enough to risk tying themselves to Dyer Kia, especially with the length of the Kia warranty period.. they'll find a way to dodge it as I see it More

I think they tried to take advantage of a woman but they picked the wrong woman, she is no push over. I would not recomend this dealer to friends or family. More

I found a Forte GT at Dyer Kia in Lake Wales for a fantastic price. The sales and finance staff were great. I walk into every dealership expecting to be bent over, but these guys were just looking t fantastic price. The sales and finance staff were great. I walk into every dealership expecting to be bent over, but these guys were just looking to make a buck, not milk me for everything they could get. They were honest and straightforward, with no need for me to haggle or complain about extra padding in the deal. Nick was great as a salesman and the test drive was fun. Abimael was a joy to work through in Finance and answered all of my questions straightforwardly. Recommended! More

We were totally pleased with our experience from start to finish. The process was so smooth and completed in a timely manner!! We purchased mud flaps and Steve O put them on. Steve O thoroughly explained all the features on the dashboard and made sure we understood them. He reassured us it would be no problem to contact him at anytime if we had questions later. All the staff we chatted with while we were there was very polite and friendly. Show room and waiting area was very clean! The gentlemen in finance was great too and professional. More
